Schedule: Full-time, live-out position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours; however, flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and family events as needed.

Position Overview: 

A private family office is seeking an experienced, hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a large North Miami Beach estate. Reporting to the Director of Estates, this individual will be a trusted leader responsible for managing the property, staff, vendors, and household operations with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor household staff and service providers.

  • Recruit, hire, schedule, and oversee household employees and contractors.

  • Manage vendors, maintenance projects, repairs, and renovations.

  • Oversee all estate systems, including smart home technology and security.

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for the residence and grounds.

  • Manage budgets, invoices, expense tracking, and reporting.

  • Oversee vehicles, watercraft, and other estate assets.

  • Plan and execute events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale entertaining.

  • Manage staff schedules, payroll approvals, inventory, and household purchasing.

  • Provide hands-on support to the family and guests as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Estate Management experience within a private residence, family office, or luxury hospitality environment.

  • Proven experience managing diverse household teams, including chefs, housekeepers, maintenance staff, landscapers, and vendors.

  • Construction, renovation, or project management experience preferred.

  • Experience overseeing events of varying size and complexity.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estate management technology.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification.

Compensation & Benefits: $200,000-$250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and generous paid time off.
