Schedule: Full-time, live-out position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours; however, flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and family events as needed.
Position Overview:
A private family office is seeking an experienced, hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a large North Miami Beach estate. Reporting to the Director of Estates, this individual will be a trusted leader responsible for managing the property, staff, vendors, and household operations with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and service.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor household staff and service providers.

Recruit, hire, schedule, and oversee household employees and contractors.

Manage vendors, maintenance projects, repairs, and renovations.

Oversee all estate systems, including smart home technology and security.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for the residence and grounds.

Manage budgets, invoices, expense tracking, and reporting.

Oversee vehicles, watercraft, and other estate assets.

Plan and execute events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale entertaining.

Manage staff schedules, payroll approvals, inventory, and household purchasing.

Provide hands-on support to the family and guests as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of Estate Management experience within a private residence, family office, or luxury hospitality environment.

Proven experience managing diverse household teams, including chefs, housekeepers, maintenance staff, landscapers, and vendors.

Construction, renovation, or project management experience preferred.

Experience overseeing events of varying size and complexity.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estate management technology.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification.
Compensation & Benefits: $200,000-$250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and generous paid time off.
