Position: Full-Time Live-Out Household Hospitality & Operations Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm
Salary: $130k – $140k; full medical insurance

About the Family
A family located in the Atlanta area is seeking a highly capable, polished, and service-oriented Household Hospitality & Operations Manager to oversee hospitality standards and day-to-day property operations across their residence.
The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, blending expertise in luxury property management with elevated private household hospitality to ensure seamless operations, exceptional presentation, and five-star service standards at all times. This individual should be proactive, highly organized, discreet, and naturally service-minded with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Responsibilities
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Ensure residence is guest-ready with attention to cleanliness and organization
- Maintain household hospitality manuals, including service protocols
- Oversee and support housekeeping staff to maintain high standards
- Coordinate hospitality, including table settings, turndown service, and refreshments
- Support entertaining through floral coordination, menu planning assistance, etc.
- Collaborate closely with culinary staff to ensure five-star food service
- Source and maintain inventory of luxury household supplies, beverages, etc.
Household & Property Operations
- Create and maintain detailed household and property manuals
- Oversee property maintenance including HVAC, landscaping, plumbing, pool, etc.
- Conduct regular property inspections and proactively resolve issues
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships
- Negotiate service contracts and oversee household service providers
- Maintain organized records of household expenses and schedules
- Assist with hiring, training, and supervising household staff
- Assist with occasional family support including school drop-offs/pickups, errands
- Stay overnight at the residence when needed while the family is traveling

This person should be discreet, adaptable, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly in a fast-paced private household environment. A strong eye for presentation, service excellence, and operational efficiency is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in household management, property management, hospitality, or private service
- Strong understanding of household systems including electrical/plumbing, HVAC
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and household teams
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent references
- Legal to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with children and pets
- Highly flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight coverage
