  • Position: Temporary Live-Out Household Manager 
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (9a-5p for 3 weeks)
  • Salary: $30 per hour

This unique opportunity is ideal for a highly organized and discreet professional to support a family in transition in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina. The household is currently undergoing a significant renovation project involving three tiny homes intended for Airbnb rentals. The family is navigating a complex personal situation and requires a Household Manager who can provide calm, reliable assistance with household organization and management during this challenging time.

The ideal candidate will assist with organizational projects (master closet, children’s areas, bonus rooms), managing shipments and materials related to renovations, running errands, scheduling additional services, running errands, and performing light cleaning and laundry duties. This role demands discretion, excellent communication skills, and a warm, friendly demeanor to help maintain a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Organize household items including children’s toys, closets, and general living spaces
  • Manage and receive shipments of renovation materials, ensuring proper organization and storage
  • Run errands such as trips to Goodwill, the post office, and dry cleaners
  • Perform light cleaning tasks and assist with laundry folding and putting away
  • Maintain household calendars and assist with scheduling as needed
  • Support the household with various organizing projects during renovations
