Full-Time Live-Out Nanny – Richmond, VA
Position: Full-Time Nanny
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (38 hours weekly), with occasional Friday coverage as needed
Pay: $30/hour DOE
Start Date: July 23, 2026
Overview
First-time parents are seeking a warm, reliable, and flexible full-time nanny for their infant daughter, born in April. Mom will be returning to work outside of the home full-time in late July, while Dad works from home but is frequently occupied with work calls throughout the day.
The family is looking for a nanny who can help make this transition smooth and provide attentive, loving care for their daughter as she grows.
The family also has two very friendly, well-behaved dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Goldendoodle), though no pet care is required. A weekly housekeeper is already in place, so the focus of the role will be childcare.

Schedule & Responsibilities
Infant Care
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infant daughter
- Maintain feeding, nap, and daily routines
- Engage in age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding milestones, schedule changes, and daily updates
Child-Related Household Duties
- Bottle preparation and washing
- Baby laundry
- Maintaining organization of nursery and baby items
- Keeping baby-related areas tidy and stocked
Transportation
- Drive baby to approved activities
- Must have a clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Family will provide the car seat
