- Position: Full-Time Live-Out After School Nanny/Family Assistant
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Flexible for full day availability when the children are not in school, and/or to stay on occasion later if needed.
- Salary: $42–$45 per hour, depending on experience, Guaranteed 40 hours per week salary. Open to consider health insurance stipend if needed.

About the Family
Professional Principal in Pelham, New York, is seeking a Reliable and dedicated full-time live-out After School Nanny?Family Assistant to support a busy household. The children are in school daily (less than 5 minutes away ), and the Nanny is required to safely pick them up from school and depending on the season and times, take them to their activities. Availability for full day coverage is required when school is closed. The principal values an organized environment for the children and is looking for a professional who will have strong verbal skills and the ability and desire to actively engage and converse with the children. When school is closed, the nanny will be flexible to provide a full day of care, including preparing simple kids meals for the children while assisting with daily household tasks. Every Wednesday evening and alternate Fridays, the children spend time at their dads home. Mom and dad co-parent and both will be involved in the interview process.

- Household Staff: Housecleaner (comes in once a week)
Responsibilities
- Pick up the children from school, less than 5 minutes away, at 3:00 pm. Safely drive in family provided vehicle
- General tidying of common areas
- Laundry for children and mom
- Simple meals for children- mom orders groceries through instacart
Ideal Candidate & Personality
The candidate will be reliable. They must have strong verbal communication skills for daily communication and the ability to engage in conversations with the children. Must have warmth, and a proactive approach to childcare. This nanny should be comfortable managing school pickups, prepare simple child-friendly dinners for the kids, while maintaining a tidy and organized environment. A friendly yet professional demeanor is essential. Someone who is flexible and available to stay later on occasion if the principal has a late work meeting in the city.
