Busy Scarsdale, NY Professional is Seeking a high-functioning Family Assistant to work well together, supporting her personal and professional needs..
Someone that can manage tasks really well and doesn’t mind a crossover between personal and business tasks. Someone open-minded and collaborative with strong decision-making ability who can work without needing constant guidance.
- Position: Live-Out
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am–5pm
- Salary: $40 per hour, W2, Health Insurance Plan, Full benefits package, including 3 weeks Paid Time Off and all major holidays off
- Start Date: ASAP
- Relocation: No – local Westchester County, NY candidates only, living within a reasonable commute to the residence.
About the Family
- Principal: Principal works out of her home office
- Children: The position does NOT include childcare duties or crossover.
The 3 children are in school daily. and the family has childcare covered.
(B)2, (B)4 (developmentally delayed), and (G)5 (Autistic, Non-verbal). - Pets: 5 Cats
Responsibilities
- Managing personal and professional emails and calendars
- Schedule service providers as needed
- Receive incoming/outgoing packages and deliveries
- Errands, as needed, post office, grocery shopping etc.

Requirements
