About the Family

A warm and welcoming private family located in PITTSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA, is looking to hire a dedicated and professional HOUSEKEEPER to join their household. They value discretion, reliability, and someone who will be a long-term fit.

Home Size: 5,200 square feet, 43-acre property

Pets: Comfortable with pets (pets have a caretaker)

7 cats, 5 dogs (live outside), Bert the Donkey, a miniature horse, and Chickens

Responsibilities

Cleaning, groceries (Instacart), laundry, some cooking (from Hello Fresh or similar box), some gardening, and more.

We are looking to hire that special person to help create and maintain the household, someone who takes enormous pride in being part of this very special property. Someone who loves animals, as there are plenty of them 🙂

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained home.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for household operations, delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

We are looking for a long-term commitment, We need a person who is pro active, meticulous person who pays attention to every detail!

There is also a full-time person on site in charge of maintaining the grounds and buildings; together, you form the team to manage the property.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality roles with strong skills. Proficient computer skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or property management is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach.

Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail across multiple responsibilities.
