Location: North Miami Beach, Florida
Schedule: Full-time, generally Monday-Friday with flexibility required
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as part of an established housekeeping team to maintain the estate to exceptional, museum-quality standards
- Perform daily housekeeping, detailed cleaning, and deep cleaning throughout the residence
- Make beds, change linens, and maintain beautifully presented bedrooms and living spaces
- Handle fine laundry and garment care, including washing, steaming, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization
- Maintain organized closets, pantries, cabinets, and household storage areas
- Ensure interior and exterior living spaces are immaculate, organized, and guest-ready
- Assist with household inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining organizational systems
- Support hospitality, guest service, and special events as needed
- Collaborate with fellow housekeepers and household staff to ensure seamless daily operations
- Assist with seasonal projects, household organization, and additional estate needs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury private homes or estates
- Strong knowledge of high-end housekeeping practices, fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, and luxury garment care
- Previous experience working as part of a private household or housekeeping team strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
- Professional, polished, and discreet, with excellent communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Proactive, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using smartphones and household technology
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete background and reference checks
- Willingness to travel to additional properties as needed
- Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays when the principals or guests are in residence

Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are all extremely important for this role, along with the ability to seamlessly adapt to the evolving needs of a busy luxury household while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Compensation: $38–$44+/hour, + Comprehensive Benefits Package
