Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Care-N-Home, LLC dba Householdstaffing.com (“Household Staffing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information through householdstaffingjobs.com (the “Jobs Site”), candidate accounts, applications, and related recruiting services. Our employer-facing website has a separate Household Staffing Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, build or update a candidate profile, apply for a position, upload files, provide references, or contact us. Depending on the service you use, this may include:

  • Identity and contact details: your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and account information.
  • Professional information: resumes, employment and education history, qualifications, experience, desired positions, availability, location preferences, and information relevant to job requirements.
  • Applications and documents: answers to application and profile questions, photographs or other documents you choose to upload, reference contact details, and communications about applications or placements.
  • Account and activity records: sign-in and profile activity, jobs you apply for, submitted information, and communications with our team.

Please provide accurate information and only share reference contact details or other people’s information when you are authorized to do so. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, medical records, or other sensitive information in ordinary uploads or contact messages unless we specifically request it through an appropriate process.

Technical and usage information

The Jobs Site and its hosting, security, and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, operating system, pages requested, referral information, timestamps, and security or error logs. These records help deliver the site, protect accounts, prevent spam and fraud, and troubleshoot problems. Some technical information and online identifiers may be personal information under applicable law.

How we use information

  • Operate candidate accounts, profiles, applications, and document uploads.
  • Review qualifications, contact references where appropriate, and match candidates with potential opportunities.
  • Communicate about applications, interviews, account access, placements, and support requests.
  • Maintain recruiting records and coordinate work through our recruiting systems.
  • Protect the site and users, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
  • Send optional promotional communications where appropriate and subject to applicable choices, and use optional measurement technologies only when configured and permitted.

You may decline to provide information, but information needed for an account or application may be necessary to use that service. The Jobs Site is primarily for candidates; employer inquiries and payments made on householdstaffing.com are covered by that site’s policy.

Recruit CRM and sharing information

Candidate information, applications, resumes, uploaded documents, references, and related recruiting records may be stored in our WordPress website and transferred to Recruit CRM, which our team uses to manage candidates and recruiting activity. Information may also be processed by providers supporting hosting, security, document handling, and email or messaging delivery.

We may share relevant candidate information with prospective employers and their authorized representatives to evaluate an application or potential placement, and with references or screening providers as appropriate to the recruiting process. Any screening that requires additional notices or authorization is subject to those requirements; this policy does not replace them. Receiving employers and other independent organizations may have their own privacy practices.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful requests, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or address a dispute. Information may also be transferred as part of a business reorganization or transaction, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser local storage to support security, sign-in, forms, and privacy preferences. Our controls distinguish Essential, Analytics, and Marketing technologies.

  • Essential: required site features and saved privacy choices. These remain available when optional cookies are rejected.
  • Analytics: optional measurement of website visits and interactions, when configured.
  • Marketing: optional advertising and referral measurement, when configured.

At the time of this update, our review did not identify an installed optional Google Analytics or advertising tag on the Jobs Site. The available preference controls do not mean that every category currently has an active service. The advertising providers described in the main Household Staffing website’s policy should not be assumed to operate on this site.

This table describes core storage rather than an exhaustive inventory of every page or provider. Security, forms, and other essential services may use additional technologies. Cookie expiry is separate from how long information is retained in recruiting records or by a provider.

The consent banner offers Reject optional, Customize, and Accept all. Customize lets you save Analytics and Marketing choices separately. Optional tracking must be configured to respect the corresponding choice before it is introduced. Visiting the site, signing in, or reading this policy does not by itself provide consent to optional tracking.

Select COOKIES in the footer to review, change, or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing may reload the page to stop optional services that were already loaded. It affects future optional tracking and does not reverse information already collected. These choices are specific to this browser and site; they do not automatically apply to householdstaffing.com or other websites.

Your preference is honored for 180 days after your choice. You may be asked again when that period expires, the preference version changes, or browser storage is cleared. We do not send this preference record to a separate consent logging service. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice may apply only to the current visit.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): our controls recognize supported browser GPC settings and the Sec-GPC request header. GPC keeps Marketing off and saves that opt-out, overriding an earlier Marketing permission. Turning GPC off does not automatically restore the earlier permission. Marketing remains off if the privacy-signal check cannot be completed.

Do Not Track: older Do Not Track (DNT) signals do not change the site’s settings. DNT is different from GPC. You can instead use the COOKIES controls or browser settings. Blocking essential storage can affect account access and other features.

When optional services are enabled, third-party measurement or advertising providers may receive online identifiers and activity information and may process activity across websites under their own policies. Some privacy laws treat certain advertising disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even without payment. Our optional Marketing controls address configured website tracking; they do not replace other privacy rights. Cookies on third-party domains may need to be removed using browser or provider controls.

Email and SMS communications

We may send messages needed for account access, applications, recruiting, and support. Optional promotional email can be managed through the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us. Cookie choices do not stop communications needed to handle an application or account.

If you opt into text messaging, please read our Candidate SMS Privacy Policy for the applicable messaging disclosures and choices. This policy does not replace that notice or any separate messaging consent.

Retention and security

We retain account, candidate, application, and related records for as long as reasonably needed for recruiting services, potential opportunities, account administration, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and its purpose. Deleting browser cookies does not delete your account, Recruit CRM record, or prior applications. Copies may remain in backups or records that must be retained as permitted or required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access, corrections, and privacy requests

You can review and update available profile information through your candidate account. To request access, correction, deletion, account closure, or assistance with another applicable privacy right, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity and understand the scope of the request. Rights, exceptions, and required response procedures depend on applicable law; some records may need to be retained. Contact us if you cannot access your account or need to correct information already submitted to our recruiting team.

Third-party websites

Links may lead to third-party job, employer, social media, or other websites. Their own policies govern information collected on those services. We do not control their content or practices. Following an external link may disclose ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, to that destination.

Children’s privacy

The Jobs Site and recruiting services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. A policy change does not automatically change your saved cookie choices or provide consent to new optional tracking. Your use of the site does not replace any consent required by law.
