Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations, profitability, and overall success of the restaurant.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop both management and hourly team members while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development of the restaurant team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and resolving guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Assist in driving sales growth while managing labor, food cost, and other controllable expenses.
- Lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure consistent execution of operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Home Office, management team, and staff to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, health regulations, and applicable laws.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment through proactive maintenance and operational oversight.
- Support the execution of local store marketing initiatives and company promotions to drive guest traffic and community engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador by building positive relationships within the local community.
- Lead with an ownership mentality, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
