- Schedule: Monday–Friday, ideally 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. OR 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Salary: $30–$35 per hour, paid on payroll

A family in Washington, DC is looking for a warm, dependable Nanny / Family Assistant to care for their three children, ages 8, 9, and 12, and help keep the household running smoothly. The role combines light household support during the school day with childcare in the afternoons. Responsibilities
- Handle family laundry, including washing, folding, and putting clothes away.
- Keep the kitchen and shared spaces tidy, including washing dishes, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and wiping down counters after use. Housekeeping is limited to light tidying, with no deep cleaning required.
- Help with simple meal prep during the day and prepare dinner for the children.
- Coordinate school pickups with the parents beginning around 3:00 p.m. The children attend two schools, and the family will share pickup duties.
- Drive the children to after-school activities and help them settle into their afternoon routine.
Ideal Candidate
The family is looking for someone with nanny experience who genuinely enjoys spending time with school-age children. The ideal candidate is caring, fun, organized, and comfortable taking initiative with everyday household tasks. They should also be comfortable driving the children and working in a home with a dog.
